EILEEN'S P.O.V.
I was really tired today. I didn't think I would have the strength to work, but I needed
something else to think about. After my emotional conversation with Margret, I felt really
guilty and depressed. So I decided to work another shift and hope I would forget about it.
Now I'm just exhausted and regret making the decision in the first place. It was a
Tuesday, so not a lot of people arrived, and it was getting a bit dark outside as
well. I cleaned some tables by myself and tried balancing the mugs I had picked up on my
tray (it wasn't as easy I thought). I was getting scared as I saw more and more people
leave. I don't recall ever working so late, at least not by myself. The shop got quiet
and it got darker outside. I slowly wiped the tables and began shaking as if I had
the strange feeling of being watched. I thought someone was behind me, so I froze in my
place for a moment and turned around quickly. I KNEW someone was behind me and
that person scared the HECK out of me! I dropped my tray and my glasses fell off
of my face. I couldn't recognize the person, it was just a brown blur. I had an idea of
who it might be, but I didn't mention it and tried looking for my glasses. The person who
startled me apologized with a very worried tone. Their voice sounded familiar, but I just
said that it was okay. I felt something after a while. It wasn't my glasses. It was soft
and warm. I looked forward at the blurry person and began blushing. I couldn't control
it! Than the person seemed to be coming closer. Leaning and making me blush even more.
Is it who I think it was? If it was, what was he doing? I was too nervous to say
anything. What do I do now?!
